Sello is looking for a Partner Manager!
Do you want to shape the future of e-commerce partnerships? Join Sello as our first dedicated Partner Manager and build long-term, international partnerships that make a real difference.
About Sello
Sello helps brands and e-commerce businesses grow through sales on digital marketplaces. With our platform, customers can easily manage and optimize their sales across more than 70 global marketplaces, including Amazon, Zalando and ASOS – all from one place.
We’re a growing tech company based in modern offices at Tullhuset in Gävle. Here, you’ll become part of an engaged team of 13 people, where curiosity, collaboration and continuous development are at the heart of what we do.
We believe in giving people trust, responsibility and the freedom to make an impact. Decision-making is quick, ideas are encouraged, and the step from thought to action is short. We’re not afraid to try new things, learn along the way and continuously improve both our product and the way we work.
No matter your role, you’ll be an important part of the team. At Sello, it’s easy to ask for help, contribute ideas and learn from one another.
To strengthen our position in the market, we’re now looking for our first dedicated Partner Manager – someone who wants to build long-term, strategic partnerships with some of Europe’s most important players in e-commerce.
About the role
As Partner Manager, you’ll take ownership of and develop the relationships with our strategic partners. You’ll work closely with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms and other commercial partners, with the goal of creating more business opportunities, greater customer value and long-term growth.
The role combines strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll take ideas from concept to reality, build strong relationships and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support and Tech to develop and strengthen our partnerships.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships that create long-term business value for both Sello and our partners.
Identify, evaluate and establish new partnerships within strategically prioritized areas.
Build strong relationships with marketplaces, e-commerce platforms and other commercial partners.
Lead commercial discussions, develop value propositions and create joint initiatives together with our partners.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support and Tech to maximize the value of our partnerships.
Track partner activities, business opportunities and shared goals using relevant KPIs.
Represent Sello in meetings, events and other settings together with existing and potential partners.
Why you’ll enjoy working with us
You’ll be our first dedicated Partner Manager and have the opportunity to build the way we work with partnerships from the ground up.
You’ll have a high level of ownership and the opportunity to influence both strategy and business.
You’ll work with some of Europe’s largest marketplaces and build an international network.
No two weeks will look the same – one day you might be giving a partner presentation, the next planning a joint campaign or representing Sello at an event.

Who we’re looking for
We believe you’re a commercially driven relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people. You’re just as comfortable presenting an idea as you are analyzing a business opportunity, and you’re motivated by creating strong, long-term partnerships.
As a person, you’re humble, curious, self-driven and proactive. You enjoy taking ownership, collaborating across teams and moving seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’re motivated by creating business value, developing long-term partnerships and being part of building something that makes a real difference.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Proven experience in B2B partnerships, business development, partner sales or commercial collaborations.
Experience from SaaS, tech, e-commerce, marketplaces or a related industry.
Experience presenting, negotiating and leading commercial discussions.
The ability to build trust and strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
It’s a plus, but not a requirement, if you have:
A post-secondary degree in business, business development, marketing, technology or another relevant field that we consider equivalent.
Experience with partner programs, digital ecosystems or commercial channel partnerships.
Experience working with CRM systems and digital sales or marketing tools.
An understanding of technical integrations and system flows.
About the recruitment process
